Re-classification from Current Use Ag to Current Use Ag Conservation
To re-classify you must:
- Fully complete application and change of classification form (see below)
- Application fee $1,500.00 per parcel, $250.00 non-refundable deposit with completed application, $1,250.00 due upon approval (recording fees included in application fee)
1st year application and inspection year
2nd year benefit year for all property that has been approved for re-classification
*Please note: Non-compliance or change in use that causes removal will result in compensating taxes to be calculated
**Application fees are subject to change
***A $40.00 service charge shall be charged by all office and departments of Pend Oreille County for dishonored payments for whatever reason
