Open Space Land Classification

To qualify for this program you must:

1. Must fully complete the application (see below)
2. Qualify for one or more categories on application
3. Application fee of $1,500.00 per parcel, $250.oo non-refundable deposit with completed application.  $1,250.00 due upon approval (recording fees included in application fee)

Additional information:

1st year application and inspection year

2nd year benefit year for all property that has been approved for re-class

*Please note: Any non-compliance or change in use that causes removal will result in additional taxes to be calculated with penalties and interest.

**Applicaiton fees are subject to change

***A $40.00 service charge shall be charged by all offices and departments or Pend Oreille County for dishonored
payments for whatever reason
