May 17-21 Candidate filing week (now closed)

Aug 4 -6 Special 3 Day Filing Period

Special 3-Day online Candidate Filing will be available 24 hours a day from Wednesday, August 4 at 9 am through Friday, August 6 at 4 pm for positions no one filed for during filing week, RCW 29A.24.181. Your name will appear on Pend Oreille County Elections’ website as a candidate for the office in which you filed once your Declaration of Candidacy has been received and validated.

Candidate Filing Fee
Filing Fee is 1% of salary for yearly salaries over $1,000. It is $10.00 for an annual salary of $1,000 or less. If paid for attending meeting (per diem), with no fixed annual salary, then no filing fee is required.
