The Pend Oreille County Auditor’s Office is offering limited in-person services beginning Monday.
Online self-service options are available as well as continued remote services via phone, email, drop boxes and the mail.

We will be practicing social distancing in the Auditor’s offices:
We will serve only one party at a time;
Parties must be at least six feet apart;
Parties must stay behind the red six-foot lines until the customer ahead of you has left;
Face masks are recommended, if you need one please ask and we will bring you one.
- You will be able to drop off your documents for recording. Please call (509) 447-6474 for someone to meet you at the door. We will take your completed documents around to the Assessor and Treasurer if necessary, prior to recording.
- Marriage licenses can also be accessed through the mail. If you can get your application notarized, our website includes instructions about how to apply for a marriage license through the mail.
