The Human Resources Office is responsible for receiving and processing all County job applications (excluding Civil Service -positions in the Sheriff’s Office). Civil Service applications are designated applications received in the same location as the Human Resources Office but processed by the Civil Service Chief Examiner. Civil Service applications cannot be submitted on-line.
The Human Resources Office is also responsible for employment security, labor & industries claims, safety, maintaining personnel records, administering the personnel policy and administering all employee benefit programs. The Human Resources Coordinator is designated as the County’s ADA Coordinator.
