Prosecutor's Office

The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office prosecutes criminal matters occurring within Pend Oreille County, serves as legal adviser to the County Commissioners and other elected officials, represents the County in civil cases, enforces child-support orders, and serves as ex-officio coroner.

The Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is headed by Dolly N. Hunt, the elected Prosecuting Attorney for Pend Oreille County, and is staffed by four Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys and five support staff.
